Professional coaching and consciousness development in a professional context

If you are looking for guidance and reflection on your personal and professional developmental path, which goes far beyond the conventional and also beyond the post-conventional centre of gravity of our culture and the working world in particular, I could possibly support you in bringing your own unconventional thoughts, ideas and potential into the embodiment of a new being in your professional identity.

“Possibly” – because I cannot and do not want to make any promises. I see professional developmental processes as part of the evolutionary process of human consciousness itself, and it is never possible to predict what circumstances and encounters are needed for higher potential to unfold. However, if my thoughts on this website have appealed to you, there is every reason to believe that we can create an effective process together.

In me, you will find an open and highly developed mind, a high, repeatedly verified level of consciousness development, a neurodiverse expression of human existence, extraordinary experiences of altered states of consciousness and an unusual life path. All of this flows into my work with people who are seeking further development in a professional context and, more specifically, consciousness development.

You can find my professional qualifications under Vita. My world view spans an integral model framework, transpersonal consciousness, the experience of nothingness and a well-founded and, in a certain sense, down-to-earth professionalism. I draw on typological models as needed and usually also recommend an assessment using an adult development model.

In particular, I also support people in professional contexts who are interested in dimensions of consciousness beyond our classical world view, who are already personally researching this area or have had extraordinary experiences of consciousness, or who have clients, students or employees who report such experiences – or who want to develop their abilities to support people and institutions from higher levels of consciousness in an appropriate manner.

Even though I am trained as a coach, I do not do pure coaching, but work with whatever arises – and that can also be recommendations, explanations, provocations, contemplations – or the suggestion to meet somewhere and go hiking together for a day and work together.

The framework conditions develop from our contact, and our professional and personal relationship, which cannot be separated, becomes something new and unique, an entity that will contribute to change for both of us and for this existence itself. This also includes the professional role and context of your company, business or institution.
